Batch Capacity: 22 kg (approx. 48.5 lbs) of green coffee per batch. It can safely handle a range of roughly 8 kg to 25 kg per batch.

Hourly Production: Approx. 75 – 88 kg per hour (Typically averaging 3.5 to 4 batches per hour depending on desired roast profiles).

Roast Time: 12 – 20 minutes per batch.

Drum Construction: Solid, heavy cast iron double-walled drum. 

Simultaneous Roasting & Cooling: Equipped with separate motors for the drum exhaust and the cooling tray fan, allowing a new batch to roast while the previous batch cools.
